1. Services

Mr English Solutions provides locksmith and handyman services in Barking and the surrounding London area. All services are subject to availability and a formal quote will be provided before any work begins.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are agreed before work commences. There is no call-out fee. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We reserve the right to charge for any materials already purchased for your job.

4. Liability

Mr English Solutions is insured. We take all reasonable care when carrying out work on your property. Our liability is limited to the cost of the work carried out.

5. Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed job, please contact us within 7 days and we will return to rectify the issue at no additional charge.
